Order processing

• Additional time may be required during high-volume seasons, promotional periods, or when order verification is needed.

Delivery estimates

• Domestic / regional deliveries: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International deliveries: approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.
• Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, local carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, total order weight, and the selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details (where available) will be sent to you. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Undeliverable or returned packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you if this occurs; re-shipping fees may apply.

Damage or loss

Please check your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 7 days by emailing contact@zavrelfashion.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
